Interdum Solus Sum: A Solo Exhibition by Vladimir Kraynyk

22 July - 9 August 2023

Ryan Joseph Gallery is proud to present "Interdum Solus Sum," a new solo exhibition by returning oil painter Vladimir Kraynyk. Born in Russia and educated in Ukraine, Kraynyk's artistic journey began with an early fascination for graffiti, which gradually evolved into a profound devotion to the world of Fine Arts. Having moved to Canada, where he currently resides and creates, Kraynyk pursued his passion for spray painting while studying at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg. His artistry expanded beyond technique, delving into the realms of art history, philosophy, and general history.

"Interdum Solus Sum”, which means “sometimes I am alone”, delves into thoughts and understanding of one’s personal existential experience. The intellectual context surrounding his work reflects his research in philosophy.

Join us for the opening reception on Saturday, July 22nd, from 5pm to 11pm, as we celebrate Vladimir Kraynyk's second solo exhibition.
